LOADING FOR ALL VENDORS/ARTISTS will be through the FRONT DOORS only.
The REAR DOORS are only for the Ghostbusters vehicle.
LOAD IN WILL START at 7:15AM. Please prepare to load in as much as you can by 9:15AM. At 9:15 AM we will close the large overhead doors and load in will continue through the pedestrian doors.

When you come down Frederick Rd. you should see our two large Feather Banners that say Comic Con. You can turn onto the Fairgrounds Rd from there.
Once you are at the end of the road, you will be able to turn left into the last road, which is the MIDWAY. Follow that until the end where you will find the main hall, and all of our signage. The red arrow indicates which direction you will be headed towards the hall.
You may unload your car in front of the building (YELLOW AREA) You may NOT leave your car parked along the MIDWAY. At 9:30AM all cars must be moved from the Midway/Yellow Zone. This will be strictly enforced.
DO NOT PARK BLOCKING THE FOOD STAND ACROSS FROM THE MAIN DOORS. ALSO DO NOT PARK ON THE CONCRETE PAD TO THE RIGHT OF THE FOOD STAND.

CHECK-IN

You can present your ticket on check-in, but it is most important to know which BUSINESS NAME you used to sign up. Check the link at the top, and that is the only name we will be looking for when you check in. When you enter the building ROW A will be on your left, ROW F will be on your right. The numbers will start with 100 at the closest and 400 towards the back.
Check-in and loading will begin at 7:15AM. Please be set-up before 10AM, General Admission begins at 10AM.
There will be a food vendor across from the main hall. He should have coffee and snacks available before the show begins. They will open
their full menu around 10AM.

Guests will enter at 10AM. Official closing time is 4PM, although events may run past this time if needed.
