Be sure to track down Retired Wonder Woman at the Middletown Comic Con. Much more than cosplay, Retired Wonder Woman is a walk-around comic who brings her routine directly to the people, wisecracking with anyone and everyone who crosses her haphazard path.

Feel free to take pictures and selfies with RWW! She has appeared on America’s Got Talent, you can check out her video below!

Take a walk with us as we attend GALACTIC CON! Middletown’s first Comic Con! Look at all the cosplay characters, retro toys, comics and games! We walked away with a few Nintendo NES games like Mega Man 3 a couple other classic games. Hard to find pokemon action figures and an original My Lil Pony doll made the kids day. They also picked up some cool yoshi, donkey kong and pokeball/picachu plush! This was the first event for Galactic Con and we loved it, we can only imagine how great the next Galactic Con will be!!!

Comic book themes and characters are everywhere, from movies to television, and even comic inspired art. First Experience visited one such show at the Gibby Center for the Arts in Middletown to see the work of some local talent. The show is a way to inspire kids to draw and paint, and to encourage comic fans, to get out of the theaters and inside an art gallery.
